TTRate.com continuously monitor local banks' reference foreign exchange rates for different currencies. It brings the convenience of comparing "all rates in one roof" for our users. Since going online on November 23rd, 2008, it has evolved from a pure and basic exchange rate comparison tool to now with detailed rate information and hotel price comparison. It continuously simplifies the process of travel planning.

Initially, nothing was planned by the webmaster to establish TTRate. Back then webmaster was planning a trip to Japan. Seeing the expensive Yen webmaster was set to get the lowest Yen rate possible. He started designing and programming a tool that could compare rates across various banks with one click of a button. This has become the prototype of TTRate.

Webmaster saw that many people were having similar headache for foreign exchange, so he slightly polished the tool and put it live online for others to use without charge. As a result, the first version of TTRate was born.
