When you see a rate with a green dot next to it, it means you can make a booking with that particular merchant and currency. Simply click on the rate with a green dot, then enter the amount of foreign currency you will need. Sit back and wait for a confirmation from the shop. Prior to booking, please be aware of any booking limitation imposed by each individual business.
3 bookings can be created per day. Canceled bookings count towards the limit.
We will not charge customers fees for booking via us. In fact, you might be able to get better rate booking via us.
You can cancel the booking or contact the shop for alternate arrangement. Be a person with trust and integrity, and do not abuse this function.
An unconfirmed booking may be revised by shop due to exchange rate and amount. You will have a chance to confirm or cancel a revised booking. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot no longer be revised. If you have a problem with the revision, please contact the shop via direct chat.
Please visit the shop on the same day to complete the transaction.
When you are at the shop, tell the staff the pickup code. The pickup code is an 8-digit number starting with "TT".
You are welcome to revise the rating to reflect the service you received.
It is final once a review is removed by us.
